So at most you have to score within 100 rank to get a course of your interest. Courses in Film and Television No. Course Duration/ title Qualification Seats 1. Direction Three Year P.G. Diploma Bachelor’s Degree 14 2. Cinematography Three Year P.G. Diploma Bachelor’s Degree 14 3. Sound Recording & Sound Design Three Year P.G. Diploma Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Physics as a subject at Senior secondary (10+2) level 14 4. Editing Three Year P.G. Diploma Bachelor’s Degree 14 5. Acting Two Year P.G. Diploma Bachelor’s Degree 28 6. Art Direction and Production Design Two Year P. G. Diploma Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Painting/ Applied Arts/Sculpture/Interior Design or related fields in Fine Arts or equivalent Diploma 14 7. Animation and Computer Graphics One and a half Year Certificate Course Senior Secondary (10 + 2). Preference will be given to candidates having completed Diploma from Fine Arts colleges. 14 8. Re: Score and rank required to get admission in FTII? Film and Television Institute of India, Pune conducts entrance exam each year for admission to various courses conducted by them. Minimum qualification required for most of the course: A pass in Degree/Diploma equivalent recognized by Ministry of Education Age limit; No age limit No. of seats for each course is very limited. So, if you get high marks in entrance, your seat is confirmed. FTII does not provide any information regarding syllabus of entrance exam nor do they provide any model question papers of previous year. Depending upon the competition, your selection will be made. FTII invites application on March each year, and last date of receipt of application will be 25.6.10 and entrance exam is scheduled on 1.8.10 Regards |

Re: Score and rank required to get admission in FTII? there is no special book recommended for the ftii preparation. the score you must get is that you should be mentally fit and strong and how much you can imagine so that how much you are devoted to this sector.you should know some details of the television and film industry.best of luck |
