Hey you need to focus on your grammar part start reading books of class 8th and 7th grammar part.you should have through knowledge of tenses,direct and indirect,active passive, nouns etc.and in second part of question you have essay writing.you must read article, newspaper daily |

Re: How to prepare for CATE exam? total CATE colleges: 17 Number of seats: 500-600 for general category, candidate should get a demand draft of Rs 300 from the State Bank of India to the favour of Delhi University. look there are nearly 17 colleges with nearly 500 seats for general. for CATE preparation try out the aptitude test sample papers published by DU. you can check the undersigned site for reference >> http://www.highereducationinindia.com/entrance-exams/du-cate-exam-249.php and also try to gather previous year paper & solve as much as you can.
