Re: Eligibility for TNPSC after MBA? hi iam kalpana whether the exam will be like civil service exam like prelims and mains (or) only the exam will be conducted only once.what are the posts they give as i have completed M.Com and MBA. and which month the exams will be conducting. |

Re: Eligibility for TNPSC after MBA? dear friends. eligibility: pass graduation from any branch from a recognised university of Tamilnadu,with at least 55%. age:mimum age is 21 years and maximum 30 years. exam: the exam is objective type. |

Re: Eligibility for TNPSC after MBA? hello friend, yes definitely you can appear for TNPSC exam after completing your Master's course. For appearing at TNPSC exam, the candidate has to pass graduation from any branch from a recognised university of Tamilnadu,with at least 55%. So with your B.Sc(IT) degree you can sit for this exam. Re: Eligibility for TNPSC after MBA? Hello Revathy, It is nice that you have done your B.Sc(Compr.Tech) and intend to pursue MBA after that. You have a bright career ahead and dont get yourself locked in Govt. services where the salaries are minimal and promotions are rare. Still, eligibility for TNPSC exam is Any Degree. A pass in Degree of any branch is eligible for appearing TNPSC exams Only for TN Co-operative Services Exam, they specify MA as eligibility. All other exams expect only pass in Degree as eligibility. Re: Eligibility for TNPSC after MBA? General Eligibility Conditions A Candidate must satisfy the Commission on the following aspects :– 1. Citizenship that he is - 1. a Citizen of India; or 2. a subject of Nepal or Bhutan; or 3. a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or 4. A person of Indian Origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tankanika and Zanzibar) Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia with the intention of permanently settling in India. 5. A Candidate belonging to categories (iii) or (iv) or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan should also obtain a certificate of eligibility given by the Government of Tamil Nadu. 6. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary will be admitted to an examination or interview and he will provisionally be appointed subject to the necessary certificate being given to him by the Government of Tamil Nadu. 2. Character And Antecedents - that his character and antecedents are such as to qualify him for the appointment; 3. Bigamy - that he does not have more than one living wife or if such person is a woman, she is not married to any person who has a wife living; 4. Candidates In Union/State Government Service that on the date of notification/advertisement for the purpose of direct recruitment he was not in the service of the Indian Union or of a State in India. Re: Eligibility for TNPSC after MBA? PG students can also apply for TNPSC exams, but for not all positions. You need to check the notification to see the positions and then apply accordingly. Age limit is 18 to 30, no upper limit for reserved categories. Please watch out for notifications in the site www.tnpsc.gov.in. |
