sorry to say that you are not eligible for the recruitment process of top IT companies.

Because your performance at 10th standard is not up to the mark. You have secured just 46.4%. Its not even 50%.

As per the eligibility criteria to get jobs int top IT companies soon after the completion of your B.Tech in CSE in Career 60.

Career 60 in the sense the candidate has to secure a minimum of 60% through out his career right from 10th standard to his highest level of qualification.

your 10th marks are not good for placement in top IT companies.

Top IT companies requires 65% in 10th,12th and graduation with no backlog.

but there are some companies are also which doesn't have these restriction.

If you want to in top IT companies i will suggest you to take admission in M.Tech.by M.Tech you can get admission in best companies.

best of luck.

hallo friend,
As you have mention that you are from CSE stream, so mainly you are looking for IT companies..
the criteria of IT company is-
*you must have 60% marks all over your career.
*you should not have drop more than 2 years..
you mentioned that you have less than 60% marks in your 10th, so it may create problem at the time of campusing..
good luck..

most of the IT company want 60% through out. some of the company consider 50 % and above .

but you have below 50% in 10 th. so i think you are not eligible for any top most IT company.

so you can join some .NET and PHP company. after getting some experience you can apply top most IT companies.

all the best.

Now a days IT is in good boom. The candidates have excellent career if they are strong in subject knowledge.

The selection process of most IT companies will be by
-Written test
-Technical round
-HR interview

You just try to get job in any of the IT companies and try to acquire some experience initially or else go for M.Tech
