You got a good rank in gate. So i think you will get seat in IIT's are NIT's. My sugesstion is first if you intreste doing M.tech means You can do M.tech immediately. If you have any job now also better do M.tech because you will definately get seat in best colleges. After doing M.tech you will get high salary than now what you get. If you are not intersted means better you go for job |

Hi, there is always a question lingering in the mind of mtech students is that what to do after completion of their studies..the answer is that they should decide it according to their preferences. -those who are interested in studying further then they can go for phd and those who wish to venture in the corporate sector can find an employment. Studies:- -after the successful completion of the m.tech course, students can go for research. -one can also pursue management program. An executive program will help them to a great extent. . -the job opportunities for students who have dual degrees like this are quite high. -these are a few areas where students can go for doctoral programs: aeronautical engineering chemical engineering civil engineering computer science and engineering electrical engineering electronics and communication engineering (e&ce) mechanical engineering job: -numerous career opportunities will be available for students of m.tech in a variety of industries. -a few top firms that employ students of m.tech are: Consulting companies: tce consulting engineers limited (tce) lloyds register bureau veritas bvqi india private limited engineering, procurement and construction (epc) companies: hindustan construction company limited (hcc) ecc equipment manufacturing companies: l & t walchandnagar industries bhel honeywell mining companies: uranium corporation of india limited (ucil) power generations companies: nuclear power corporation of india limited (npcil) r & d centers: bhabha atomic research centre (barc) indira gandhi centre for atomic research (igcar) - students of m.tech can also work with foreign firms. -students can apply for the jobs advertised as per as their specialization and the requirements of that particular industry. score is valid only for 2years.So you should choose m.tech.After mtech,there is so much scope for you and you can see that you get a good package after master degree in engineering.So it is right to go for m.tech.No need to worry about job.You can earn before master degree but the package is not good.You can get a job after mtech and the salay for the job about 30-35 pm. After completion of your M.Tech you will have no. of job opportunities. Like Lucrative jobs can be got with corporate sectors or IT sectors. Another option available for students is to opt for a career in teaching. As numerous engineering colleges have been opened, qualified faculty members are of great demand. or After completion of your M.Tech,you can go for higher studies. Those who have PhD in their specialized subjects have a scope of getting jobs not only within the country but also overseas. |

Should I do Job or M.Tech? very simple that m tech is bigger than b tech. so if you are in the position to follow your m tech course then you should certainly go for m tech. because many companies ask for m tech for senior posts aswellas offers big salary package. and after this course you will also have alots of opportunity. because after mtech can get job in colleges and many research organisation on higher salary |

Should I do Job or M.Tech? m tech has alots of opportuniy like u can appear in net exam and can be professor in any of the engineering colleges. as well as many companies ask for senior engineer as m tech. u got get opportunity in many research organisation and mnc. but after btech u get job then u should certainly go for job bcz doing job and getting experience u'll get promotion and after sometime u'll not require m tech due to experience valuation in private sector....but if u hav time or can manage this by doing job then u should certainly go for m tech........ |
