Dear friend There are some colleges that take admission on the basis of management quota and there is no rank criteria in those colleges. At this rank it is not possible to find a college on the basis of AIEEE counselling or by direct admission process. If you have no. of attempts reamaining in the aieee then I would suggest you to take the test again in the next year with better preparation. Thank You All the best |

Re: Admission in TU for BE COURSES on the basis of 12th (+2) marks? Dear friend Thapar university is one of the best colleges from AIEEE. It doesn't take admission directly on the basis of +2 std marks. There are no colleges that take admission directly on the basis of +2 std marks. One has to apply on the basis of aieee,state govt entrance test or college's own entrance test. There are some colleges that keep brokers that arrange the admission on the payment of donation. If you are getting any such college which take admission directly with or without donation, I would suggest you not to join those college/universities. Try it through some entrance test. There are more than 100 colleges in india with good teaching environment and course curriculum. Go for anyone of them. Don't try to avoid entrance tests. Even if you fail you don't loose but you learn. OK Good Luck Thank you |

Re: Admission in TU for BE COURSES on the basis of 12th (+2) marks? I dont think so With TU i guess you mean Thapar University. If yes then i dont think it takes admission on the basis of 12th Marks. It takes only through AIEEE The admission is strictly on the basis of AIEEE. You have to get a rank in top 10,000 then you can get a chance to be in Thapar University Thapar University organizes its separate counseling but takes admission only through AIEEE. Cheers |
