Yes of course you can avail an integrated M.Sc and PhD program.

The only thing is that you have to discuss with your professor who is going to guide you for your PhD.

Because, its your professor to value your thesis and your research work.

All the Best!

Dear Friend,
there are some rules for taking admission in Ph.D like
if you have completed M.Sc now, you can apply for the Ph.D with valid JRF exam qualification like CSIR or UGC-JRF
But as you are in M.Sc you can't go for Ph.D or Inregrated physics.

Good luck.

Hello
if you are in M.Sc now, you can apply for the Ph.D with valid JRF exam qualification like CSIR or UGC-JRF but since you are in the final year of the M.Sc, you cannot apply for the integrated M.Sc/Ph.D course. Because the eligibility for the same is the B.Sc only. After passing the entrance exam, you can join the M.Sc and Ph.D dually which is of 5 years duration. But the eligibility is B.Sc not the M.Sc.
All the Best !!!!!

Hi,
yes of course you can go for it. Because the eligibility for doing phd or M.Sc. in IISC is to have a bachelors degree in engg or science field from any recognised university. For more help please refer to the official link of IISc: www.iisc.ernet.in
