Dear friend No,the calculators are not allowed at the time of bank vcerk exam.The calculators are strictly prohibited from bringing into the examination hall. If you have completed 12th from a recognised board,then you are eligible to apply for the Bank clerk exam. Your age should be between 18-28 years for Bank Clerk post. Age realxation is of 3 yrears for OBC candidates and is of 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The examination is of objective type and you need to answer the questions logically and the examination pattern is :- -Reasoning -English Language -Numerical Ability -General Awareness -Computer Knowledge All The Best |

calculators and other electronic items are strictly prohibited in ibps exams, these exams are conducted to check the efficiency level as well aptitude test of the students who are appearing for the exam , it is checked how effective they can work without calculators, speed and accuracy as well as intelligence of students are checked in the exams, as your maths are weak then start hard work to solve these aptittude questions these are not so hard that it can't be solved without use of calculators, good luck |

Hi, NO....Calculators are not allowed in IBPS exam -->CWE is the entrance exam which is conducted by the IBPS every year -->19 banks participate in conducting this exam Eligibility criteria : -->You should complete your 12th class for appearing for CLERK post with 55% -->You must complete your graduation course with 55% to appear for bank PO posts -->Your age should be between 18-28 years for CLERK post -->Your age should be between 21 -- 30 years for bank PO post Age relaxations:-- - For SC/ST it is 5 years relaxation - For BC relaxation set as 3 years. - For the PH candidates 10 years and ex-service-men 5years. Examination pattern : - Reasoning - English Language - Numerical Ability - General Awareness - Computer Knowledge NOTE:-- you must not carry -->Pagers -->cell phones -->Calculators All the best...!! |

These exams are designed to check you aptitude level, and they want to check how easily and quickly you can solve any question. Most of the time the figures, or numbers given are factors of each other, and cancel or nullify each other easily. You should know to play with the numbers. All that is required is practice and more practice. all the best |

for bank clerk exam , the minimum criteria is must be passed 10+2. In the bank exam , the syllabus is aptitude mathematics and English. In bank clerical exam you cant use calculater. So you can prepare well for aptitude test. All the best. |

No You cant use a calculator in Bank Clerk exam The reason being the exam is held to check the speed of the student How quickly and swiftly the person can solve the calculations In order to have speed in the exam you need to practice a lot SOlve sample and previous year question papers..this will help you get going in the exam |

When you will get the call letter, along with that you will also get a booklet where it is written under the ''General Instructions" that: "No calculator, separate or with watches, pagers, cellphones, books, slide rules, foot rules, note-books or written notes will be allowed inside the examination hall." It is also clearly written that: "You should do all the necessary rough work on test booklet/question paper only. You SHOULD NOT do your rough work on the answer sheet or any other paper. If a rough work is done on the answer sheet, your answer sheet will not be assessed." I hope you understand that how strict banks are regarding the rules and regulations... So its better that you start practicing calculation without using calculator for the exam. All the best... |

No, you cannot use calculator in banking exam or any other competitive exams.. for cracking any kind of exam you need to do practice.. the calculation work is not so tough but you need to work upon your speed.. there might be some people who take 40-50 seconds even for simple calculation, thats why I am advising you to do practice and improve your speed... try to find out some short cuts..that will help you a lottt... |

Dear Aspirant, The Main aim of bank exam is to test your ability in logically and your aptitude power etc..by using your brain without depending on others.I come to your question now.I feel very unhappy told to you that is Sorry Friend, You do not use calculator in Exam hall and also any Electronic devices relating to calculations are not allowed in Examination Hall. you told that,you are weak in maths.so Table Book also not allowed in Examination hall. Calculator only allowed For TCS Exam only.TCS is not Bank it is software company.
