I have completed my BTech(IT) and now i m pursuing my MBA in informaction technology and I just want to know another specialisation will be better for my future..... along with MBA IT specialisation what is best. |

I am completed B.Tech in 2011 (IT).. now am doing MBA .. but am really very confusing stage .... which is best one HR or Finance.. am interested in finance. but is companies are preferred non commerce people. somebody told they wont prefer... please help me which option is better.... |

Dear friend, you are B.tech student so you must take IT in MBA.i do not say like that. Now a days,in MBA we have several options .so little bit confusion for every one. just think your self which field or option do you like much.after long think you can choose because so person have good human resource skills.so persons do not have by birth. so if you like marketing skills .you take marketing . if you can do well .you choose otherwise you can not take any one. first analyze your self.take a right decision. |

The decision of selecting the stream can be done by you alone. You have to decide on the career and the job profile you would like to have. Also in the first year you will get a basic insight of all these areas. So you can take a decision on which of these are best suits you. |

Dear friend, Whatever people say, I just personally think that software people should go to the Human Resource department in management studies.
