It would be a disadvantage , because in the physical standards of IPS it is mentioned that candidate should not stammer while speaking. But there r many cures for the problem, so u can cure it and have a go . Some tips would be to go through previous papers , practice as many bits that you can and cover the main and on going topics in the subject you have selected . All the best |
