Re: Passing criteria for CPT exam?

CPT is the entrance gate to become a charted accountant.Becoming a CA is not so easy you have to work hard from the beginning.
Passing marks for CPT IS 50%.
CPT Will be of 200 marks divided into 2 sessions of 2hours each.
There are four subjects as follows.
1.Fundamentals of accounting.(60marks)
2.Mercentalie laws(40marks).
3.General Economics(50marks).
4.Quantitative maths(50).
All the questions will be of objective type comprising of four options.Be careful about the negative markings 1/4th of marks will be deducted for every one wrong answer.
If you cleared CPT by scoring above 50% marks than think that you have entered in to the gate of impossibilities to make it possible.
