NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY [NDA] you want to serve the nation , which is really appreciable.As, you are in 10th standard, so you are not eligible for this UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION [UPSC] yet. Through this examination one can apply for all the combatant forces of the Indian army, i.e. NAVAL FORCE, AIR FORCE WING, MILITARY BRANCH.. For apply in this examination, the minimum educational qualification needed is a 12th degree from a recognized board. For apply in naval and in air force wing, you must have subject PHYSICS & MATHS in 12th, also you must have scored at least 60% in 12th. The age limit exist for appear in this examination is 16.5-19 years, there is not any kind of age relaxations are applicable for any reserved category. Eligibility Criteria for NDA examination: Educational Qualification: XII with Physics, Chemistry and Maths for Airforce and Navy. Age Criteria: You must have age in between 16 1/2 to 19 years. Hi friend,till today's date we don't have any such provision for UPSC NDA after 10th,the reason is till 10th mental level of child is not so developed to take right decisions basically they are immature,but after 12th they are quite mature to think about any topic and take right decision at right time. |

The eligibility required to give NDA Exam is 10+2 with physics and chemistry and maths. as you are just 10th pass you can't write NDA EXAM. AGE: 16 1/2 - 19 YEARS NDA IS CONDUCTED 2 TIMES IN A YEAR. SO TRY NDA EXAM AFTER YOUR 12TH. |

Procedure to apply? no after 10th you can not apply for NDA examination. the eligibility criterion to apply for NDA examination is candidate should have minimum of 12th pass or candidate those are appearing in 12th examination this year also eligible for NDA examination. there are some different category you can select your preference at the time of form fill up. this examination is conducted by UPSC. the form fill up for NDA II is going on. for online form fill up visit the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in the last date of form fill up is 9th May. here i am attaching the notification for NDA II examination which contains other eligibility criterion and other details about the examination. for more information visit the website http://www.upsc.gov.in the date of the NDA II examination is 21st August, 2011. best wishes. |

Procedure to NDA - ( 5 Stages ) 1. Written test, 2. Physical tests, 3. Medical tests, 4. Group tests and 5. Personal Interview. Educational Eligibility For NDA - A candidate pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Maths with minimum 50 % aggregate marks from a regonised board. Age Eligibility For NDA - 16 Years to 21 Years. Hello friend, The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for NDA exam, conducted by UPSC, is +2 from a recognized board of studies. Hence, you can not apply for the same unless yu complete your +2 level of studies. You must try to complete your education before you plan for such examination because to have a better career in any field, you must have a good academic records along with high qualification.
