Re: Where to submit AFMC form online? hii i m pranoti right now i am completing my 12th with pcmb and after that i am having a clear aim of joining the afmc so i kindly request you to let me know where i can find the form (online) for seeking admission in afmc for mbbs |

Re: Where to submit AFMC form online? Application form and prospectus can also be downloaded from www.afmc.nic.in from Dec 2010 to 5th Feb 2011. Such forms, printed on A4 size glossy paper, duly completed in all respect along with a Crossed Demand Draft for a sum of Rs 250/- drawn in favour of “Commandant AFMC, Pune” on any nationalized bank payable at Pune be forwarded to AFMC Pune, so as to reach there not later than 05 Feb 2011 at 4 PM. The candidate must write his/her name & address on the back of the Demand Draft (d) Completed forms must reach the officer-incharge (admissions cell), armed forces medical college, post office wanawadi, pune - 411040 by 5 pm on 05 February 2011 Disputes, if any, will fall within the jurisdiction of Pune (Maharashtra) only. AFMC will not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit. |

It is to be published in the third week of December. Once the notification is published, the online application procedure will be clear(If there is any online application provision). You can downloaded AFMC 2011 Application form, from the official website And the Last date for downloading AFMC 2011 application form will be 05 February 2011. www.afmc.nic.in And after filling AFMC Application form Completely, the you have to send this form along with demand draft for a sum of 250 rs. in favour of “Commandant , AFMC, Pune” on any nationalised bank payable at Pune be forwarded to AFMC Pune so as to reach not later than 07 February 2011. Re: Where to submit AFMC form online hi If you are asking for AFMC than in present date only one form is available for afmc that is for pg course. to fill that form there isn't any online submission mode you need to purchase that form and fill . only one mode is there to fill the afmc it is as follow : The cost of application form is Rs 500/- .application form for Post Graduate Examination 2011 are availible from Post Graduate Examination cell established at Dept of Pharmacology, AFMC, Pune 40. you need to purchase it and send back at By post by sending a DD from Nationalised bank drawn in favour of the Commandant AFMC payable at Pune along with a self addressed A4 sized envelope (stamped for Rs 60/-) to Officer-incharge, PG Admissions, Headquarter Training, AFMC, Pune-411040 Last application form is 15 Dec 2010 for more details visit http://afmc.nic.in/pdf/notice_pg_adm_ammended_101120.pdf all the best |
