He is a compliance officer of the company as well as Corporate Planner and Strategic Manager. He also looks after finance, accounts, legal, personnel and administrative functions. Company Secretary is required to handle matters related to central/state sales tax, excise laws, labour laws and corporate law. |

There are several stages you have to go through in the CS course. After MBA, it will give an extra edge to your career and you will have several advantages and options. So go for it. All the best! |

If you are interested in the same you must pursue the course. But if will be advisable to pursue the course along with working It will be good if you have some work experience too. |

HELLO DEAR Company secretary after MBA is not a good choice. as you know inthe course of CS it is mainly teach the managerial part. so two time managerial skill will not make your bright future. so it will be better if you can do P.hd after MBA. all the best............ |
