No, it is not possible. M.Sc holders can have admission to M.Phil through entrance test. IIITM-K, LPU, etc are some of the Universities that offer admission to M.Phil (Computer Science). Admissions are done on the basis of entrance exams conducted by the concerned University. GATE/NET qualified candidates are often exempted from qualifying University level entrance exams.

how to do Ph.D in computer science after completing msc computer science?

Actually Every University conduct the separate entrance exam for Mphil(C.S). So if you want to do Mphil in computer science , u has to find out the Universities who having Mphil course and apply it .

I have done M.sc in organic chemistry and M.tech from BITS Pilani (Work Integrated learning Program). Due to professional objectives and further career, i want to do Ph.d in environment related project, to obtain the same i need to do a worthy course in Environmental sciences. But unfortunately i do not have any basic degree related to environment chemistry/ environment sciences. Hence kindly suggest me the suitable step (Whether any M.sc degree or M.phil or any other) which allows me to achieve the research on the same. ..!!! I have an environment related experience of 5 years in a MNC. (Power and aluminium production unit) Anticipating your kind perusal.
