Possibility to apply for direct 2nd PUC after failing in 1st PUC?
I failed in my 1st PUC final examination which I was doing from Science stream. Now, is it possible to get admission directly in 2nd PUC from Arts/Humanities stream? If yes, then also let me know about the last date to apply for 2nd PUC.

No, it is not possible to apply for direct 2nd PUC after failing in 1st PUC. To be eligible to study 2nd PUC, you should have passed 1st PUC from a recognized board. Without qualifying 1st PUC, you are not eligible to pursue 2nd PUC. You have to qualify the failed subjects of your 1st PUC to be eligible to pursue 2nd PUC.
