As you have cleared you medical entrance examination with 4464 rank you are certainly eligible for applying for the admission. If you see the Admission List of the registered Applicants for MBBS course for the academic Year 2011-12 you will find that there are quite a few of students whose rank is lower than you still they got the admission. The last Rank is 4852 of the student who has got the admission.
