Does private company or india limited company comes under rti ? Act as we can get any information fro govt organisation.

RTI is Right To Information, and almost all the company in India enjoys this right. Everybody has right to information as per their respective company's clause and as far as the company security is maintained. If the information is case sensitive than as a normal layman you do not enjoy the right. For e.g Recently, the Government of India has announced that the citizen enjoy the Right To Information to know about the assets of ministers, private and government companies and where the government is investing and also when a citizen has vested interest in fields in which he is not associated as well.
