What call letter you talking about, is it Admit card. You can check the UPTU site to know about your admit card details.

dont get worried about it.......may because of transportation you have not received your admit card...............

you will be receiving it soon.......just prepare for your exam.....and is still you didnt received it then contact the concerned authority and ask for a duplicate copy of your admit card........

dear you can download own admit card on uptu site---- uptu.nic.in and select the duplicate admit card option and fill it form no and date of birth and get it own uptu admit card

the call letter has been despatched,so you dont need to worry.
you should take following steps:
1.you should contact the local office
2. take the online printed copy of your selection i.e your rank copy.
