Job Requirements: Person should be good managing the Branch, must carry out Administrative, Operational, Business Development and Marketing. Person should meet the allotted targets. He must carry out Brand development & Business positioning for consistent increase business volumes. The person should be a great motivator, trainer and must monitor the performance of subordinates, provide an excellent customer service and develop good relationship with customers.
Qualifications: The person must be Graduate in commerce/business. Although Post Graduation is not required person with Post Graduate Degree may be preferred.
Experience: 20 to 30 Yrs, Candidate must be in the age group of 40 yrs-62 yrs. VRS / Retirees / Ex-bankers from any Nationalized Bank of Scale-3 & above may also apply
Pay Scale: Rupees 3, 00,000 to 4, 25,000
