Details of B.Tech Scholarships in Vidya Academy

Vidya Merit - cum - means Full Fee Scholarships

This scholarship is meant for students who are socially and economically backward. The scholarship is offered for 24 students whose family income is not more than Rs. 90,000/- per annum. Such candidates must have completed 12th class with a minimum of 65% marks. Also, they must have obtained admission to B.Tech degree through Kerala Government Entrance Exam.

Vidya Excellence Full Fee Scholarships

Vidya Excellence Full Fee Scholarships is offered for candidates who have obtained top score in Kerala Government Engineering Entrance Exam. Students, who have obtained a rank between 1 and 2000, will be considered for scholarship. Number of scholarships offered in this case are 3.

Vidya Competence 90% Fee Scholarships

Vidya Competence 90% Fee Scholarships is much similar to Vidya Excellence Full Fee Scholarships. The scholarship is offered for 3 students who have obtained a rank between 2001 and 3000 in Kerala Government Entrance Exam.

Vidya - AICTE Full Fee Waiver Scholarships

24 scholarships are offered under Vidya - AICTE Full Fee Waiver Scholarships for female students. Such students must have obtained admission through Kerala Government entrance exam and their family income must be up to 2.5 Lakhs per annum.

Vidya Merit - cum - means Half Fee Scholarships

This scholarship is offered for 16 students whose family income is not more than Rs. 1, 50,000/- per annum. Such candidates must have obtained admission through Kerala Government entrance exam and must have at least 65% marks in HSC.

Vidya Full Fee Arts & Sports Scholarships

Only one scholarship is offered under Vidya full fee arts & sports scholarship. Eligible student must have obtained admission through Kerala Government entrance exam and must be national/state level achiever in arts or sports.

Vidya PTA Merit – cum – Means Scholarships

Students who have obtained admission through Kerala Government entrance exam and with family income less than Rs.1,50,000/- per annum are eligible for this scholarship. Number of scholarships in this case is 1 and that arranged by PTA.

Vidya Alumni Merit – cum – Means Scholarships

Vidya Alumni Merit – cum – Means Scholarships is organized by Vidya Alumini Association. The conditions for eligibility are same as that of Vidya PTA Merit – cum – Means Scholarships.

Vidya Staff Club Merit – cum – Means Scholarships

This scholarship is arranged by Vidya Staff Club and conditions for eligibility are same as that of Vidya PTA Merit – cum – Means Scholarships.
