The colleges that offer this course to the interested candidates are IIIT, Andhra University, Vidyasagar University, College of Fisheries in Panangad, The Central Institute of Fisheries Education in Mumbai, Cochin University of Science and Technology Kochi, Department of Aquatic Biology and Fisheries, M.Sc Fishery Biology and Aquaculture, School of Applied Life Sciences. The fee structure of these colleges varies and depends on the authority of the colleges. Vidya Sagar University Charges Rs 22800 per annum. Andhra University charges Rs2700 to 2800 per annum for this course.
The colleges follow reservation and quota norms as per the rules of the government, for the lower and backward caste students.
