Sir my btech persuing agreegate 70% and 10th 62% 12th 56% plz tell me which types of goverment job or which compani can apply for job..soon

upcs exam have four categories like civil engineering,electrical engineering,electronics and telecommunication engineering but am studying computer science engineering.... if i eligible for the exam or not??? then in the application form which one i choose among the above four department?? please suggest me.
