No, it is not possible for you to do B.Tech in Textile Design after Graduation with Arts side.

Eligibility for B.Tech :
Candidate have to pass 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from any recognised board.
Arts student are not eligible for B.Tech course.
