I would like to know for an Mh-cet score 0f 91 what are my chances for computer engineering in Mumbai , Pune. If I would have to go through mangement quota in a good college what would be the procedure and donation??

Your MH-CET score is too less to get admission in Computer Engineering field in general quota in Mumbai.
However in Pune the address is ''K.J.'s Educational Institute Trinity College of Engineering and Research, Pisoli, Haveli Dist Pune'' , ''Dhole Patil Education Society, Dhole Patil College of Engineering, Wagholi,Taluka Haveli" where the cut off is less than 92 marks in your field.
There are many colleges in Nashik, Ahmednagar, Nagpur, Dhule ,etc.
where you can pursue computer engineering with 91 marks in general quota.
Whereas getting admission through management quota, colleges in Mumbai are tcet(Thakur College), vit(Vidyalankar) ,Somaiya ,etc .
