sorry dear,it must be 50percent or above in gradution for CTET (B.A. /B.Sc. with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1–year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)* )

Yes you are eligible for primary schools.But you will not be eligible for middle primary schools unless you you have any reservation.
The eligibility for TET is as given below,
you will have to clear TET with at least 60% score.
The minimum qualification for classes 1 to 5, Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or applying in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (or its equivalent). (OR) Senior Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or aspiring in final 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El, Ed). The minimum qualification for classes 6 to 8, B.A/B.Sc with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in education (B.Ed). (OR) BA/B.Sc with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year B.Ed (Special Education). Relaxation as per rules.
