my question sir / madam is that i am scoring 163 marks in iit jee 2012 what are my chances of making it to iit or extended merit list and also tell me is a drop gppd option for me

i have scored 163 in iit jee 2012. What is my expected rank

for this year top mark is 371...... i think you may not get a saet in iit councelling........... if you interested in iit nd if u dont get a seat in this year go for long term coaching............if not eamcet or aieee ao any other.

As you want to know about the chance of making into IIT after scoring 163 marks in IIT JEE you wiil get expected rank in between 5000-6000 may be you will be in the extended merit list of IIT.

The expected cutoff of IIT JEE 2012 mention below:-
GEN- 170-175
OBC- 163-168
ST & SC- 87-97 MARKS

The iit jee 2012 paper-2 was more difficult than iitjee paper-1. So guys tell your marks via comments and discuss about cutoff marks.
according to your marks your rank should be 7000-8000 air...it is very difficult to get iit..

sir i want to ask is all students get government engineering colleges those are in top 1.5 lakh in jee main 2013.

Sir i got 104 in jee advance in obc is there any option for me.....

If I got 7000 rank in iit then which branch will be given to me

i had got 312 marks in iit jee advance and got 97.67% in xii boards stiil i had got iit delhi btech computers

sir if i get 110 marks in jee advanced (obc category) so sir can i get admission into iit bombay or iit delhi
