I have completed my BCA through IGNOU.But i heard people saying open university degrees are not considered for a tamilnadu govt jobs. is that true?

I have completed B.tech mechanical engineering 2013 in ignou it is valid for tamilnadu government job promotions.

After doing English pg without English honours can somebody become lecture.It is false promise of ignou or not tell me because in Tamil Nadu it is not valid I think and a cotroversy.

DOES IGNOU M.Ed course need evaluation for receiving incentives in tamilnadu
