Am I eligible to pursue part time Diploma in Electrical Engineering being a Government clerk?
Sir, I am working as a Government clerk. I want to do part time Diploma course in Electrical Engineering. Am I eligible to do this part time course as I am a Government employee? Kindly tell me immediately.
