M.Com for 'master of commerce', is a post graduation master degree course. While diploma is quite lower level course. So my suggestion to you is that you should not opt diploma course after completion of M.Com course.
If you are not interested in M.Phil or Ph.D, then you can go for various certificate courses available in the market. These courses will enhance your knowledge and value of your C.V.
Some of such certificate course are Certificate Course in Micro Finance, Certificate in Tally, Certificate Course in Office Automation, Certificate Course in Income Tax etc.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
