Currently studying @ 03rd yr. Diploma Eng. college, thane .

I am interested for Best engineering colleges @ Poona for 02 yr. of Comp. Eng. Post diploma. Priorities, Good Faculty, Hostel, Placement etc. May I know , why OpenO % are higher in Poona for cut off list than Open H. Which is Unlike MUMBAI @ DISPROPORTIONATE MANNER.

Management Quota may be afforded , if Cheaper to Mumbai with same standard,
rathere than , paying hefty premium as Metropolitan City.
