Which is better to study among PGPM and PGDM to get better placement?
Hello Sir,
I am confused between PGPM & PGDM programs. In PGPM,updated course is studied? But problem is after PGPM, you cannot do PhD or get any government jobs. So, which is better program according to better placements and practical knowledge wise? |

The Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) is conducted in few institutions only. The PGPM is a one year course. The course structure and the scope for the course is not equivalent to PGDM. The PGDM is a popular course and it is available in various institutions in India. Many industries prefer PGDM as equivalent to MBA for employment purposes. What if PGPM course is of 2years??? Is their any chances of getting job by doing PGPM for 2yrs??
