As per my knowledge, you can not become a Construction Engineer after completion of Engineering Diploma course. In order to become a Construction Engineer, you should go for a graduation course like Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Technology.

Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Technology is an undergraduate Architecture Science and Technology course. The duration of this course is three years. For this course, the candidate should have passed 12th class in science stream from a recognized board.

My suggestion to you is that you should go for 11th and 12th class then you should go for Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Technology course for your bright future rather than a Diploma course.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
