I have discontinued in final year of diploma due to some family problems and took tc from my college. Can I continue my diploma from final year in another college.

No. You can not continue your final year diploma from another college. It is not possible to do some part of the course from one college and the last part of the course from another college.

No, if you have taken TC ( TRANSFER CERTIFICATE ) then not eligible to get admission in the final year of the course.

You have to take admission in the first year of the course and then only eligible to pursue and complete the course.
