No, you are not eligible for doing PG diploma after completing Diploma engineering.

Eligibility Criteria for PG:-
A pass in bachelor's degree in any subject including the professional courses of this university or an equivalent degree of any university recognised by UGC accepted by the University Syndicate.

The first thing I would like to let you know that to pursue PG (Post Graduate) Diploma course in any discipline is a bachelor's degree in concerned discipline from a recognized university.

So, on the basis of just Diploma in Engineering degree course which is not equivalent to any other graduation degree course, you are not eligible for pursuing any PG Diploma course or any equivalent degree course.

Yes, you can do PG Diploma after completing a diploma in engineering. Engineering is one of the most sought fields and a PG diploma in engineering is a one or two-year course that allows a candidate to enhance or upgrade their knowledge. The minimum qualification required is a candidate must have done an undergraduate or diploma course in the relevant field from a recognized university/institute. The admission process will be on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and a personal interview.
