It will be difficult to get admission in a government polytechnic with this rank but you can surely get admission in a private polytechnic college through counselling.

Therefore, you have chance of government college only when you belong to reserved category. Just attend the counselling if you are asked for it.

Yes.
But cutoff for government colleges is very high.

So you need to score high marks in entrance examination.

After you will get admission in government college.
