Can I pursue Diploma in Engineering from a private college? Will it be valid?


Respected Sir, I want to pursue Diploma in Engineering from a private college. Can I join Institute of Engineering college in Mathrubhumi, Trissur Kerala? Please answer as soon as possible.

Yes, you can pursue Diploma in Engineering from a private polytechnic college, provided the polytechnic college should be approved by AICTE. The AICTE approved polytechnic colleges are good one to study the diploma course. The courses should be approved by AICTE; if the course is approved by the AICTE then it will be valid. Yes, admission is surely possible in a private college. Just apply for polytechnic entrance exam of Kerala state. Admission will be based on the rank obtained in entrance exam.

Admission in your choice of college is possible when, you have got a decent rank according to the college's status.
