Can a student with 3 atkt's in first year diploma join 2nd year diploma with a change of college or institute?
I have 3 atkt's one from 1st SEM and two from second SEM now I also want to change my college so I just wanted to know that if I am eligible to join 2nd year diploma CSE or not ....And if I can't join 2nd year diploma is their any other thing that I can do about it!!!!
