Correct procedure to join Indian Navy after Bcom?
Hey i am 23 years old from mumbai bcom graduated in 2014-2015 I want to join indian navy what kind of post i will get.... and what is the correct procedure to apply? I tried to contact on the number which is on website ...but no one responed on it...?????

Graduates in any discipline can join Indian Army by cracking the CDS ( Common Defence Service ) examination.
Candidates age must be less than 24 years to apply for CDS examination. CDS examination is conducted by UPSC twice a year. For more information about CDS examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in. |

The SSB interview is a very important stage of the selection process, and you need to clear it to be eligible for the Indian Navy. Undergo medical examination:- After clearing the SSB interview, you will be required to undergo a medical examination. There are many ways to join navy after B.Com But , you can only get management and finance related posts. You can apply for navy SSR exam and Navy AA exam. For directly joining navy you must have physics or maths as one of the subject in class 12th. Fill the application form of INET and clear the exam. After clearing the exam , go for interview and join the applied post in Indian Navy.

You are not eligible for the Navy and Air force, because in order to be eligible for the Navy and Air force, you should have Physics and Mathematics in the Intermediate level. Do not worry, commerce field candidates are eligible for the Indian Military, Indian Air force- Logistics and Accountants Branch.

In order to join Indian Navy after graduation, you need to keep looking for the advertisement or the Indian Navy site.
The recruitment for B Com graduates is done in Logistics branch and you need to apply on https://www.joinindiannavy.gov.in/en. CDSE is generally for BE/BTech graduates for Navy. |
