Diploma holder is eligible or not for the post of Police constable?
Sir my name is lakhwinder singh I am diploma student so I am eligible or not eligible for post of police constable of police department. So please tell me

Yes diploma holders are eligible for the post.
Eligibility Those who have completed 10th/12th/UG/PG are all eligible for police constable post. Must have age between 18_22 yrs For females it's 18_25 yrs. Reserved category are provided relaxation in age. Height for males is 170 cm and for females it's 157 cm. |

Yes, you can go to police service after diploma with 10th base while you can go to police service with B.Tech degree. There is no objection from the police department whether you have studied intermediate,degree, diploma or B.Tech.
