Am i eligible for appearing in NET (electronic science) afterdoing B.Tech in Electronics and Communication and PG Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Visvesaraya Technical University?

You can apply for UGC NET, only if you complete a 2 year Master degree course. Since you have completed you PG Diploma, you can enroll for Master's and then appear for the UGC NET exam provided you produce your pass certificate within two years from the declaration of UGC NET result (in case you qualify).
