The eligibility to study the Diploma in Marine Engineering is a pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 55% marks.

The duration of the course is 3 years.

There is no common entrance for the diploma course in marine engineering.

Each institution will conduct the entrance examinations separately.

So you have to apply to the institution they will guide you regarding the entrance examination and its syllabus.

The course is available in many institutions like Calcutta Technical School, Global Merchant Navy Institute,
Chennai School of Ship Management, Hindustan Institute of Maritime Training, Mohamed Sathak Polytechnic College etc.
