You can go for the bachelor in the aviation after completing your diploma in the same. For your kind information i want to tell you that you will get direct admission in the second year of your bachelor's after completing your diploma. For getting admission in any of the good reputed college you must have to appear in the LEET. So prepare yourself for LEET and then make choice as per your rank in the entrance test. Some of good colleges for aviation courses are "A. J. Aviation academy ", "Indian Aviation Academy", "Rajiv Gandhi Aviation Academy".
