My name is Neha Kalgouda Patil. I have completed my diploma course from Government Polytechnic Belagavi in 2016. And then I applied for issue of diploma completion certificate in college in 2016. When I went to college to get my original diploma certificate from college they said me that your certificate is not yet came and asked me to wait 6 month and come again. Agai. i went to college they said same thing. And this is happened 3 to 4 times. And again when i went to college they said that we have sent application with all my required marks cards and photos
and gavin me Despatch number also and after that asked me to go to DTE Bangalore. When i came here they said your application is not here and you have to apply once again. Now what shoud i do to get my original certificate within 15days.
