PG diploma in gynaecology and obstetrics is possible only after MBBS degree. You have BAMS degree which is definitely valid for Stri Bhautil Prasutitantra diploma, which is an ayurvedic diploma course.

You can apply for admission through entrance exam conducted by Pune university. You will get admission based on rank through counselling. Just apply, when there is a notification.
