You are not eligible to clear your backlog now. The maximum duration to pursue and complete a diploma course is five years ( including course duration ).
So, you are not eligible to pursue and clear your backlog now. The admission procedure varies with institution. For more information visit the official website of the institution. |

Re: Possibility to appear in Diploma Engineering backlog exam for a candidate with 4 years gap?
The possibility of appearing in a Diploma Engineering backlog exam with a 4-year gap would depend on the policies and regulations of the specific educational institution or board conducting the exam. Generally, educational institutions have certain time limits within which students can clear their backlog subjects.
Here are a few factors to consider: 1. Institutional Policy: Check the policies of the educational institution or board where you completed your Diploma Engineering. They may have specific rules regarding the time limit for clearing backlog subjects. Some institutions may allow students to appear for backlog exams even after a certain period, while others may have stricter policies. 2. Academic Regulations: Review the academic regulations or guidelines of the educational institution. These documents often outline the rules and procedures related to backlog exams and the time limits for completing them. Look for any specific information regarding eligibility for appearing in backlog exams after a gap. 3. Contact the Institution: If you are unsure about the rules or if you need clarification, it's best to directly contact the educational institution's administrative office or the department responsible for conducting the exams. They will be able to provide accurate information and guidance based on their specific policies. 4. Special Considerations: In some cases, educational institutions may provide special considerations or exemptions for candidates who have valid reasons for the extended gap. These reasons could include medical conditions, personal circumstances, or other extenuating factors. If you have a genuine reason for the gap, you can explain your situation to the institution and inquire about any possibilities for appearing in the backlog exams. |

B.Tech degree should be complete within 8 year in all universities with all backlogs cleared.
>> If you not to complete all paper within 8 year, then you will get NFT (Not fit for Technical Education). |

You have crossed the maximum time duration to complete your diploma course as it is around 4 years when you have left the course.
So, now you are not eligible to clear your backlogs. So, if you want to complete the course then will have to take admission and pursue the course. |

Re: Possibility to appear in Diploma Engineering backlog exam for a candidate with 4 years gap?
There is a duration to complete the diploma course and you have to appear for your backlogs within the given period. Once the period is over you will not be eligible to pursue the course or even clear your pending backlogs. These are university guidelines and you have to follow them.
You have wasted all your hard work by not appearing for a few pending backlogs. The enrollment number will be invalid now and you can't appear for those backlogs. |
