Re: Should I pursue D.El.Ed after B.Com?
Yes you are eligible to pursue D.El.Ed course and it is beneficial.
You only need to submit documents of Intermediate with an Id proof along with 2 passport size photograph. Any other document is not required. That is why you should continue this course to get opportunities in government sectors. |

Quote:
Yes, you can pursue a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) after completion of BCom. The D.El.Ed course is useful for those students who wish to pursue their career in the teaching profession, especially for Class 1st to 8th. The BCom candidates are eligible to study the D.El.Ed course. D.El.Ed course is available to study in regular and distance mode of education. Those candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations are eligible to study D.El.Ed course. If you want to teach, for the higher secondary classes then you have to study MCom and BEd course. |

Re: Should I pursue D.El.Ed after B.Com?
Yes, you can pursue D.El.Ed after completing B.Com. But i suggest you to pursue B.Ed. B.Ed is more valuable than D.El.Ed.
Both the courses are of 2 years duration but B.Ed is a degree course and D.El.Ed is a diploma course. And through both the courses you will get a government teacher job. Through B.Ed you will get job of government teacher job of High school but D.El.Ed only provide you job of teacher of primary or middle school. |

Re: Should I pursue D.El.Ed after B.Com?
Personally, I would like to suggest to apply for BEd that is Bachelor of Education which is of 2 year duration. As you have completed your diploma course and it is better for you to join bachelor course rather than joining diploma course.
But you are also for D. Ed course but B.Ed is far more better for you. |

Re: Should I pursue D.El.Ed after B.Com?
Generally Diploma in Elementary Education course is done after completion of 12th Class in 10+2 pattern.
Candidates who are done with 12th Class with minimum 50% marks are eligible to apply for this D.El.Ed course. Besides this, candidates who are done with Graduation are also eligible to apply. Doing D.El.Ed course would be an added advantage for you in choosing the bright career path. This program is generally designed for inservice untrained teachers working in upper primary or primary school teachers. Hence, I would suggest you to pursue Diploma in Elementary Education course which is developed by National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). |
