which kind of tasks are given to freshers(pgdm) to perform in internship of any firm? and what are the expectations from freshers, how to be a best intern while working in a firm?

Thee is no such fixed tasks prescribed by the boards or neither is there any hard and fast rule as to which particular tasks should a fresh Intern do.

However, it keeps on changing from organisation to Organisation as there might be different norms and practices that has to be followed by any Organisation made by the board of Directors of that organisation.

Still, for a fresh Intern, there are similar or peculiar types of tasks provided in almost every Intern ship providing concerns, they might be;

> Selling products

> Selling Insurances

> Maintaining books of accounts of a big or small firm

> Helping to recruit new employees at lower posts, etc.

The above mentioned are only a sub-ordinate part of tasks provided to fresh Interns, there are however, many a tasks like the above mentioned ones provided to the Interns during their early days.

The only way to become the best Intern is to work according to the norms and directions of the company and try to complete each given tasks before the time allotted to you.
