Whether can I join MS after completing my Diploma in IT? Ms after diploma is possible or not

MS is a Master degree course which is basically an alternative to M.Tech degree course and therefore the minimum education required for pursuing MS degree course is a B.E./B.Tech or equivalent qualification in concerned discipline from a recognized university.

So, you can not get admission in MS course on the basis of Diploma in IT course as diploma courses are not equivalent to B.E./B.Tech.

For masters degree it's necessary for a candidate to have completed graduation with atleast 60% marks.
Diploma holders are not eligible for MS program.

Diploma holders can go for B.tech lateral entry option as it will.be easy for them and then they can persue masters.

Admission is usually granted on the basis of entrance exam as well as merit .

No you can't go for master degree without completing bachelor degree. Diploma is equal to 10+2 i.e., 12th. You will get 1 year deduction from diploma after 12th. But Diploma is not consider as degree so you can't do master degree.
