Hello Sir, Madam, I want to take loan from Allahabad Bank for studying MBBS. I have an account in Allahabad Bank that is why I want to apply for loan there. Can anyone tell me how can I proceed? What are the terms and conditions?

Those who have got confirmed admission in a college for MBBS course are eligible to apply for education loan.

The college in which admission has been taken must be a recognised college.

The admission must be secured on the basis of merit or entrance.

The college must have good placement record.

One can avail upto INR 10 lacs for Indian college and INR 20 lacs for abroad studies.

Process to apply
One can either apply online or offline by visiting the nearby branch of bank
One can also visit the official website of bank and fill the form with required documents and submit it.
It takes around 120 days to get loan sanctioned after its being approved.
